This file runs entirely in your browser using IndexedDB. To run a real backend with persistent data and actual email sending:

1. Download the backend files (button below)
2. node server.js — starts on port 3001
3. Open this HTML file — it auto-detects the server
4. Set EMAIL_MODE=production + SMTP credentials to send real emails
5. Run node run-tests.js — 21 tests should pass
